I’ll second the recommendation. Just the other day, I went to read it, and a hack for Netscape 4 that I needed was there like a gleaming gem, courtesy of Andrew Clover.
When I’m crunched for time (this last week an extreme example) I sort by name and just read his stuff. He’s not the only expert by any stretch, but he tends to post mainly solutions to other people’s problems.
My only caveat: some other experts will post about a nifty CSS2 feature that turns out not to be implemented in anything, including Mozilla 1.whatever. I call it CSS vaporware.
